Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Glow and Nest. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and beauty products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or wrong items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@glowandnest.net within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
